As a As fans of this show probably know, I've thought a whole lot about happiness and academic settings, about how teens and young adults can be happier at school or in college.

But when I attended the 2023 South by Southwest conference,

I had a chance to take part in a great panel, which talked about the challenges of maintaining our

well-being at work. So at this year's South by Southwest, I returned to give a

special talk about what science says we should do to thrive in our rapidly changing
