McStravic has been practicing and teaching manifesting and inner healing

techniques that work for over 20 years. She calls her Fantastic Methods Flow Dreaming and has helped build Hey House radio,

co-hosted a fabulous show with Wayne Dyer, and built programs for leaders in our fields such as Greg Braden, Marion Williamson,

Susie Oraman, and Jerry and Esther Hicks. She hosts the Flow Dreaming Podcast, which I think you guys would love

because she talks a lot about being an

empathy on that show. She's the author of several books such as her

flowdreaming series and stuff nobody taught you 45 lessons from M. E. School

to help you stop being miserable and start feeling amazing.
