from last week. I was so excited. I'll keep kind of most of what she said private. But in case anyone

else was wondering about the guy she was talking to on Hinge, who said he just

wanted to be friends. They did hang out in person. He did look like his pictures and stuff. And it was

the best first date she's ever been on. They spent the whole day together. And she really likes him.

That's so exciting. That's like literally the best news that this, the best way this could have gone.

I'm so happy for you. Okay. Let's get into some of

these questions. Somebody wrote in and I wanted to pick this one because somebody else like a couple

weeks ago had written in with a semi similar question about not liking their partner's parents.

So this flusie says, I don't like my boyfriend's family and I don't know what to do.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for two years. We're from different cultural and class

backgrounds. His dad is kind of like a lone shark and the mom doesn't work at all and she's

always hovering over us. But my parents are super hard medical workers. We're both in our 20s.

I would love to marry him. And I'm not saying my family is all

sunshine and rainbows, but, you know, it's hard. My parents keep telling me to be fake, but last

weekend, my boyfriend flat out said, I know you hate my parents after his dad tried to hug me

through a car window. I don't do hugs. He's always trying to hug me and I never see the family hug I don't know what to do I'm trying

to prepare for a future but how can I if I hate the closest people of my partner okay your problem
