We're going to talk about anger and anxiety, both those things. But let's go over our class

rules again. I'm not an expert. There's only one expert. We're all on one level. Regardless

of your experience level, you are welcome here. And there's, we have to stay in learner mode.

So some things I can say, you'd be like, yeah, I know what you're going to say.

Like, well, no, there may be more to it here.

Okay, so this is the book about anger that I wrote, and it's a book, if you haven't read it,

oh, thank you. If you haven't read it, that's totally cool, but you might want to,

because it's very counterintuitive, the idea I'm talking about. But what I've been saying, and

I think I know it's true, it's like, the way of Jesus makes life better, not worse.

It's actually an easier life than the alternative.

Like we can say, boy, it's hard to love your enemy. It is, but actually that life is a lighter

life than the one where you don't love your enemies. It's genius. Jesus is a genius. He is the smartest

man who ever lived. He knows how to live. And he's telling us, God is taking the form of a man

and telling us how to live because he loves us. And he's actually for us. So when he tells us to, like, love our
