0:05.3	since a lot of people who watch are real estate investors?

0:08.3	Well, I love real estate, too.
0:09.7	As you know, I buy a lot of it.

0:11.7	I don't think it's going to be a great time to buy real estate because I think it's going to take off.

0:18.3	I'm afraid in a good way. But, you know, we've been in the doldrums in this kind of foggy sitting still.

1:10.3	And so instead of everything just sitting, there's all of a sudden going to be all this action.
