He should be.

He's about to be. His name is Felix Rodriguez.

He's a long time CA officer and the Operations Directorate, and he joins us now to explain this picture and to tell us about his life.

Mr Rodriguez, thank you very much.

So it's a remarkable picture, no longer I I look at it the more I think that. Can you tell us where this was and what was happening?

Well, that was in Ligeta, Bolivia. that's where he was captured.

And I came in in the helicopter with the colonel in charge of the operation,

and after a while I got to talk to him.
