We build the Scotland Outdoors podcast from the live programme we do for BBC Radio Scotland,

which this week kind of inevitably focused quite a lot on the weather.

Yeah, a cracking week for sledging because we've had a fair bit of snow up here.

And of course this week we decided to try a bit of imprompt juice sledging in the car park

and you can imagine how that went.

The moon is shining through a

tracery of branches high in the sky.

It's slightly above freezing

and it's Rachel Stewart I feel sorry

for. I'm Mark Stephen. I'm standing here in the car park

and BBC Aberdeen but because it is somewhat chilly this morning,

somewhat chilly, I've got my bum to the fire,

and that's probably all she can see.

She can't see the moon in the tracer air branches or anything.
