getting a job at Antealer in design afterwards, moving on to YouTube when her viral video,

Shit White Girl, say to Black Girls, blew up in 2012, MTV's decoded, moving on from that,

writing on the Oscars and producing and writing on the I Carly Reboot. We talk about what it's like

to handle hate in a healthy way online. And she's got the most beautiful apartment that she has been

designing, painting, and doing the most gorgeous stuff with. If you follow her on TikTok and

about so much more. She's got such incredibly wise advice for anyone getting into entertainment,

anyone that's looking to handle their anxiety and stress in a creative field. She's just the best.

Okay, Francesca. Hi. Hi. I am so excited to talk to you. I am just so inspired,

constantly, by everything that you are doing that I might not even know that you're doing.

But I like to start off, and I know this puts people in the spot a little bit, with a question of

just for someone like you that is truly like an artist all around, how do you describe what you do

to someone that may have never met you or been introduced to any of the work that you've done?

Yeah, I try, I prefer a very straightforward approach. I just usually say, I'm a TV writer,

and sometimes I'm an actress, and sometimes I'm producer. It does depend on the audience, I guess.

Yeah. I don't say, I'm not like, oh, I also paint my apartment on Instagram. I don't say any of that.
