today is franchising, right? And it's just interesting. Before I hit the record button, I could have

spoken to you for hours about business, franchising, our three-step framework, buy right, manage, right, really fits

into the realm of franchising.

But before we get all into that, I really want to learn a little about you, how you got

into the franchising business and how you got to where you are today.

So I am a serial entrepreneur, so my journey goes

back. I was entrepreneurial in my entire life. So I knew at a very young age that I wanted to be

self-employed. Like it was blinding clarity for me. I just knew. Everyone around me is like,

I don't know what I want to do. Maybe I'll take over my dad's company. Maybe I've become, but I just knew what I

wanted to do and I wanted to be self-employed. I was raking golf balls out of ponds and selling them at

country clubs and doing all the things that a entrepreneurial kid would do. But I became an

investment banker because as I was getting involved in businesses, as an example, I owned Parasel

boats on Marco Weiland and the Jersey
