It is Friday. It felt like it took a minute to get here, but we're glad to have you with all of us on this Friday.

And coming up, the new warning about counterfeit weight loss drugs, the alert from the FBI this

morning. We're going to begin, though, with that American Airlines Boeing flight. The person to flames after being diverted at Denver Airport,

everyone on board was safely evacuated. Thank goodness. Mola Lang is at Denver Airport with the latest. Good morning,

Mola. Well, good morning, George. Yeah, another scary scene this time here at the Denver International Airport, all caught on video and sending about a dozen people to the hospital.

This morning, yet another terrifying scene at a U.S. airport.

Oh, my gosh.

An American Airlines jet with 178 people on board bursting into flames after landing in Denver.

Flames and smoke visible from inside the cabin.

Passengers climbing onto the wing of the plane as smoke surrounded them.

It is a little disturbing to see almost maybe 50 or 70 people standing on that wing.

Well, there's people, yeah.

Running through smoke and haze.

Alexandria Cullen shared this video after she says her mother escaped the burning plane.

We saw probably a couple dozen people coming down the slide and running away.

We didn't know what we were seeing or what was going to happen to people.

So it was pretty scary.

The Boeing 737 was headed to Dallas from Colorado Springs Thursday afternoon, but was diverted to Denver about 30 minutes into the flight when the crew reported engine vibrations. We just have a high engine vibration, so we are cruising slower than normal of America, 10,000.

The plane touching down safely in Denver, but the engine catching fire as the plane was taxiing.

Emergency vehicles racing to the scene as those passengers waited on the wing.
