space. So let's talk about that a little bit.

Yeah. Yeah. So I joined, golly, two and a half, three years ago, Gina.

Mm-hmm. I know. For through a while you know and um i started

just kind of networking within my network um and at the time it was it just seemed that the easiest

way to get into commercial real estate was through the capital. And that's what I did. I became a

general partner in a lot of different deals. At this point, I'm up to about almost 4,000 units in

apartments as a general partner in raising capital.

And one of my larger partners, we've known each other for many, many years.
