I started flipping houses back in 2015. So, you know, in 2015, as I started flipping houses,

I ended up doing five deals that year, and those five deals made me 50K. Now, I bought five deals.

I think I sold three of them. So, you know, we only saw 50K realized, you know, a couple of those

carried over in 2016. You know, 2016,

I ended up buying 20 deals. And based on what I sold, I made 200K, right? Now, this is still a very

active income business for me. I'm the guy running it all. I'm doing this by myself.

2017 comes around. I end up doing 50 deals. I made 750 750K, 2018 comes around. By the way, I have one

person helping me at this point. Let's call it one employee. And I'm doing this all on my own

with one guy helping me out. He's the project manager, all that stuff. I'm still finding all the

deals, everything else. 2018, end up doing 150 buys, end up making $2 million.

And at this point, this is when I started doing direct marketing.

This is when I started hiring people.

We started wholesaling a little bit, not a ton, but mainly just all house flips.

And I would say at this point,

I probably had, call it seven employees, okay? And ever since then, since 2018, we've always been

doing seven figures a year in flipping. And, you know, it was great until it wasn't. So around

2020, I ended up getting on YouTube.

All right, we had COVID.

I started making YouTube, TikToks, all this other stuff,

started starting other businesses.

And in 2020, we actually did really well.

But regardless of that, the market was hot and all those things.
