It's happened, Anna. No! The brand new four-part series The Jury Murder Trial has come to an end.

Well, I don't want to lead you down the wrong path, but if you so wish to, you could go and binge the entire series again for the third time if you wish to do so because it is of course

streaming on channel 4. And if you a listener have for some bizarre reason not done as you are told and haven't watched the

jury murder trial yet, you too can go to channel 4, I will already be there and you can

binge it all at once. And it is definitely worth your time because this show is fascinating.

Essentially, it is a true crime experiment where two juries made up of normal,

non-actory people have a real life murder trial reenacted in front of them.

Each jury sees the same defendant, the same evidence, the same case, but will they reach the same verdict?

Well, we know the answer because we have already seen it all.

But we are not going to spoil it for you here,

because the tense nail-biting moment the verdicts are revealed

is absolutely the cherry on top of what was an

outstanding cake of a series.

And if you can't already tell, there are very many lots of things that I loved about this show

from the way the jury's opinions of the defendant

kept shifting back and forth as more and more shocking evidence was

slowly revealed and also of course to the deep dives into the jurors own

personal experiences of violence and how that shape their
