Summary

We're starting off Season Six with George Santos, who rocketed the pathological homosexual narcissism we've spent much of our show discussing to the halls of Congress. In gay bar, there is at least one delusional queen who can't stop lying about his life. If you give him firearms and crystal meth, he turns into Andrew Cunanan. If you elect him to Congress, he turns into George Santos, who we argue is as likely as anyone else to become the first gay President of the United States. 0:22.3	My name's Hugh Lemmy. I'm a writer and author. And I'm Ben Miller, a writer, researcher,
0:26.9	and member of the board of the Shvulus Museum in Berlin. It's been a while since we've been together
0:31.5	like this, Ben. It has been. We got to spend a lot of time together this summer touring our book,
0:37.2	Bad Gays, A Homosexual History.
0:38.9	That was fun.
0:40.3	But then we had to take some time to do non-badgays related things.
0:46.5	What have you been up to since the summer?
0:48.7	Yeah, yeah, really busy.
0:49.5	Yeah, I wrote and made a film called Ungentil that was on show in London for the last six months or something, which I'm now taking around some film festivals, which I did with my colleague, Oneika Igway, and it's all about gay men and espionage in England in the early 20th century and voiced by the inestimable
1:14.5	Ben Wishaw, who was absolutely incredible.
1:17.7	It's a very good film. I got to see it at Studio Voltaire in London, which was fun.
1:22.2	Thank you.
1:22.8	I've been, I've been mostly working on this PhD dissertation that I told some German people I would write,
1:30.7	and so I probably should at some point, and writing some articles, keeping everything going over at the museum,
1:38.1	which is always a lot of work, but really rewarding.
1:41.0	And getting ready for some really exciting stuff this year,
1:44.3	which I can't quite talk about yet because of NDAs,
1:47.1	but it'll be fun when it happens and we'll definitely let you know.
1:51.7	We're also anticipating the paperback release of our book, Bad Gays, A Homosexual History,
1:57.3	This May, and we will almost certainly have some more events as soon as those
