My holidays were pretty good. I view the winter solstice as my new year and so that was on December 21st.

Because as we know that's when it's equal part day and night.

And then the sunrise on the following day after the solstice is sort of the first sunrise

as the light begins to return, at least in the northern hemisphere.

So I started kind of my shedding, reflecting, releasing, and intention setting around then, and so I'm in like week three of this like metamorphosis chapter and I'm feeling really good and today is actually a really I'm so into astrology so just be prepared I'm going to be

Today is a new moon in Capricorn and it's a really, really lucky positive day astrologically and it kind of because it's the first new moon of the year sort of starts starts the new year in a sort of cosmic energetic way and so it's really nice to be talking to you guys
