Yeah, I think tapping's been around now for well over 20 years, probably closer to 30 years, so many people have heard of it.

Originally, it was called EFT, which stood for emotional freedom techniques, and then it became known as EFT tapping or just tapping because

things. It's very good for calming anxiety, fears, phobias, so many uses. Taping is a description of the way EFT is used. It's used by tapping
