Join as always my co-s, Nick Falado. Today, I'm coming to you from a brand new mansion that I purchased. Yeah. Those who don't know, podcasters and editors for sports websites, we make a lot of money.

No, just kidding, obviously.

I am poor, but I do have a virtual background on today because my God, this construction

project, Nick, that has gone down in this house, it started in January and the promised

to us was it should take us a couple weeks to do a bathroom.

First bathroom two months.

The second bathroom is still ongoing.

And now upstairs in the room where I normally record in and had my whole setup,

they're putting in a kitchenette now.

Don't know why.

It's confusing.

It's odd.

I rent this place.

Regardless, they just tossed all my stuff to the side, the microphone, the mixer, everything, this road, like legitimately. And I just had to pick it up out of there and reestablish it over here in an area where I don't have a background. So we'll be using the virtual background for the foreseeable future until these people get out of this house. This is the longest and most miserable

construction process I've ever been a part of. Have you watched the New York Giants? It's pretty

long and miserable construction. Good point. Speaking to New York Giants, Nick, as we let people

get in here. And I always love filibustering on these lives a little bit because it takes time to

get people in here. I got to tweet the link as well. I'll take a look after I turn it over to you.
