This week, I want us to look at your physical health.

And we're going to look at God's prescription for physical help.

Now, before we look at this, I need to begin with a confession.

I grew up in a family

where we were taught

you don't drink, smoke,

cuss, chew, or run

around with girls that do.

So, in my lifetime,

I've never smoked a cigarette. I've never smoked a cigarette.

I've never tasted alcohol.

I've never taken an illicit drug.

But I love pasta.

And that's why they call me pasta rick
