Here we are. A little bit late. Technical difficulties and old. Well, how are you? I'm good, busy. I have a puppy and so it's been a wild week and I'm quite tired I've been

sleeping for three hours at a time and suddenly having to vastly shift my schedule in way of life in order to

accommodate her presence but it's also great she's incredible and I love her so much already. Yeah, yeah is I'm I feel like I'm permanently

tired but yeah just the sweetest little thing. Bad stage is is pretty vital in terms of making sure it stays alive and doesn't swallow things that will kill it.

But it's very fulfilling and I love her and she looks like a teddy bear and I love that we have

two podcast doggies now and both of their names start with L Lincoln Lainey. Yeah she's the
