Welcome back to pursuing health. I'm very excited to bring you a conversation I

had with Cross Fit Games athlete Graham Holmberg as well as his wife Savannah.

I first met Graham in Savannah in 2010 at the Central East Regional competition in Logan, Ohio.

That was the year before I went on to compete in my very first Cross Fit Games and

Graham went on to win the title of Fittest Man on Earth.

Since that time a lot has happened and Graham and Savannah now run a successful

affiliate in Hilliard, Ohio just outside of Columbus, called

Eleventh Element Cross Fit.

Graham, who has a background in playing football and baseball at Capitol University, has also continued to train and compete at the highest

level of the CrossFit Games with six total appearances.

Together they're raising two beautiful children and they have one more on the way and Savannah runs a holistic

nutrition coaching business as well.

We all caught up after participating in a fundraiser they hosted at their affiliate for the

International Justice Mission to talk about how

their lives have evolved their mission and how they work together to balance
