Hey, deserving listeners. Two days ago, I published an episode in which I talked about grief theory.

0:04.6

It was for patrons only. I went into detail on Freud, a little bit on Melanie Klein, a lot into the dual process, and other kinds of issues.

0:15.2

And so listen to that episode. And in this episode, I'm going to answer emails about grief. So let's get into it.

0:21.6

This first question is from Superfan Louise. She writes, grief feels similar to depression,

1:40.8

that if you are depressed going through an complicated grief process,

1:47.6

1:51.0

Other people would say that they're different.

1:52.3

So really, to answer your question, Louise, is that, you know, how is grief related to depression?

1:58.1
