because he had said before they were elected, basically not a penny more will you be charged for your council tax. Under Labour, you will not have a council tax rise. And it turns out that

that was absolutely and utterly nonsensical, because now council tax is not just going up by a factor

of 5%, but it's going up by 10%. In some places, it's going up by 15 factor of 5%, but it's going up by 10%.

In some places it's going up by 15%.

In other places, it's going up by 25%.
