Welcome back to the Moved Podcast. I'm your host, Lauren Elizabeth.

0:11.8

And this week I wanted to talk about habit stacking from my POV because I'm sure you've heard of

0:19.2

it before. I think it's gained a lot of popularity on TikTok and there were so many times I wanted to

0:24.9

bring it up on the podcast in the past probably like six months. But I wanted to make sure that I like

0:30.9

had the correct articles pulled up so that I wasn't just like straight up pulling information out

0:35.8

of my ass. I only want to pull like half of the information out of my ass. So that's why it's from

0:40.0

my POV because I will jump into it. It's today's mood for thought. It's kind of a good mood for me

0:47.5

right now and I'm really loving it. And like I said, I've been wanting to talk about it for so long.

1:11.0

like the internet or the podcast. But I decided to keep a kind of short and sweet this week.

1:17.8

Honestly, my worst mood this week. I've been struggling a lot with anxiety and depression. But

1:22.6

I find that something that's really not been helping and for the sake of specificity. Let's try

1:29.1

that again. Specificity. Is that how you say it? You get what I'm saying? The specific worst mood

1:35.2

is shutting myself. You guys know we've talked about this before. It's where you're telling yourself

1:40.7

things you should be doing, right? I should work out. I should get up. I should email this person

1:46.0

back. I should text this person back. And you're not exactly honoring what you want to do, what you

1:51.1

need to do. The narrative in your head is just all shooting. And I love how it sounds like

1:56.1

shitting because it's like it's not nice, right? It's like you're like shitting all over yourself.

1:59.6

I feel as though when I have a lot of anxiety and depression, if I'm in a slump specifically,
