Mayo I finally upgraded my microphone for the first time in four years I think I got the sure

mv7 plus which seems to be relatively well reviewed so when I first started doing

9 to 5 Mac daily in 2019 I think I use the

blue yetty snowball or whatever it's called the one that everybody uses but actually sounds terrible.

Then I upgraded to the audio technia, like the 2,100, what is it, 2,100?

ATX, 1,100. Yes? ATX, 2100.

Yes, ATX, yeah.

And that one served me really well.

It sounds really good.

It's super, it's USBC, it's super simple.

But it was just a little bit finicky and like you had to have the ideal conditions to get it to sound the way I wanted it to sound.

And you move house, right? So like your condition was different.

This room's like a little bit echoy and it didn't, I put up foam but it didn't really do

didn't really block out the echo as much as I wanted so I got the short mv7 plus and I

think it sounds better I mean people will know when they listen to this if it sounds

good or if it sounds terrible but I think it sounds pretty good. It sounds good to

me now I've run the Road podcaster Mike ever since I started doing the show so that was 2015 I think 2016.

You died it died at some point didn't it and you bought anyone?

It died once yeah so around 20-20-ish I think it

completely died not really sure how or why but you just you plugged it in and it
