Hi guys.

welcome to this week's episode of Dear Reality, Your Effed, with myself, Hannah Ferrier, and nope, just me today.

Just me.

So if you guys have listened to the last few weeks episodes and follow us on socials, which you should at

Hannah's podcast. You will know that we've started a new segment in the podcast called

Hannah Helps. So I'm going to give you guys a little rundown, give some views.

Obviously we've had a very big week in the Bravo world and then we're going to get onto the

voicemails that our lovely listeners have left.

Now, myself and my lovely producer Riley

bounced back and forth a few times

about whether I should be hearing the voicemails

before the podcast or whether I should put myself

on the spot and basically do it as we're recording the podcast and we decided you know to make things interesting. the then I'm just going to get straight into giving my advice and my opinions.

Now as you know I am not a therapist, I'm not a psychologist, I have no degrees,

but basically the reason that I wanted to do this is after doing my company Ocean International

Training Academy for gosh it must be literally coming up on three years now because I started it when I was about

three months pregnant and Ava's two and a half now so I just found myself getting so much enjoyment out of helping these young people that would sign up to my course

go from kind of whether they were a waitressing or working in Starbucks like I had this one

guy who I loved he worked at Starbucks and he was doing 12 hour shifts to support his mom

and he is now working on a super yacht in the Caribbean. So I found that after having
