In this episode, I have a heartfelt conversation with Kelly Siegel, entrepreneur and author of "Harder than Life." Kelly shares his incredible journey from a tough upbringing near 8 Mile Road in Detroit to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

We explore themes of personal development, balancing empathy with self-care, and the transformative power of overcoming trauma. Kelly discusses his pivotal decision to stop drinking alcohol and how it led to significant growth and clarity. We delve into faith, love, and purpose, examining how seeking divine guidance can foster spiritual and personal development.

Kelly also shares his mission to break the cycle of abuse for his daughter and his innovative coaching program designed to promote happiness and success. Our discussion highlights the importance of listening to God’s voice and making a positive impact.

full of life and contagious energy. His name is Kelly Siegel. Kelly, how you doing?

0:45.6

It's an honor to be here, John. As I've told you before, you were one of my first forays into

personal development. And it's just, you know, dreams really do come true that I'm on

0:55.4

here on the John Gordon podcast. So thanks for having me. Well, it's interesting because a lot of people

1:00.7

are consumers of personal development, of self-growth, of leadership material like I share.

1:09.1

And then there are others who take that and decide that they

1:11.6

want to teach it as well. They want to share a message with the world. Where was the transition

the gifts that God gave me with the world.
