My advice to anybody is start personal training in a gym like mines or any other gym and then outgrow that.

When they take that $10,000 a month business, go open a gym, the rent's gonna be $5,000 off the grip.

Even if it's $3,500, you got bills, you cutting your income in half.

Every time you look at my Instagram, I'm working it. You gonna see my smoothie bar, you gonna see my massage therapist,

you gonna see the person at the front door smiling. It's a commercial

$5,000 for a post for a post on her page. Everything she put on that picture

sold out. Everything else on the website next to it to the left and the right

sold out. It's like it's worth worth it why do you want to leave the gym

that you're in training to open your own gym?

It has to work where it has to work.
