I think you'd get a kick out of it because you're doing such fun stuff with your boutique

hotels and it's just thinking outside the box like you've got that same creative mind right

it's easy to just go buy multifamily and be like I buy fourplexes right and then

unfortunately like I get bored with that part I like the creative side I think you like the creative side it's it's something that you really can put your name behind you know someday you drive by 30 years from now you're like telling your kids like I bought that I transform that we still own

that in our portfolio like I think I think there's something to that that's really

Tell me a little bit about what your background is

and kind of what you got you involved in real estate.

Yeah, so I've been flipping houses now for 10 years,

just under 400 properties already based in Southern California.

I got started when the market crashed in 2008, became a realtor, started selling bank-owned

foreclosures, and that's really kind of what launched me into investments because I had

so many listings that were distressed properties that I had investors calling me.
