So for today's episode, I wanted to do things a little different.

I was like, you know what, I think it would be really fun today to actually start

with a little inspiration and affirmation to start today's episode with a quote and kind of play

off this quote. I've had a day and I will get into some of it. And I was just like, wow, I really needed a little inspiration.

And so I came to my office and I knew I was recording today. And to be honest with all of you,

I almost canceled. But I came into my office and there's this book I will go to a lot and it's called The Wisdom of Sundays

Life Changing Insights from Super Soul Conversations and it was done by Oprah Winfrey and it's a number

one New York Times bestseller but I know you know some people like love Oprah some people don't but

I will tell you this book

is really incredible. There's a lot of interesting people in it and a lot of things they say

really have touched me. But there's this one quote and I was like, I liked it. And I thought,

you know what, I could do today's episode because, you know, and I'll get into like some of the

stuff I was feeling today and I just, you know, I'm someone who always writes. I got to write my

stuff down because other than that I feel like I'll have a panic attack or something. And so,
