United Kingdom. So it's a beautiful day wherever you are. And if you want to make it a beautiful day,

it will be. It doesn't matter if it's raining,

if it's thunder and lightning, whatever it is, I think that the way the day turns out is

how it starts. You know, it's what your mindset says. My daughter, she basically has a phrase of,

I just want to get fluffy. I don't want to do anything today. And she gets into her fluffy pajamas and she just sort of knaps around. And she's doing a course at the moment and a dance course and she messaged me this morning. And she said, oh, I don't feel like it today. Oh, I'd rather be home just being fluffy. And I said to her, just dive into it.

Make it the most memorable day you possibly can have.

Because if you go into it with that feeling, then I believe it naturally occurs.

I think it's all about how we look at life and how we transition from that feeling, which we all have, let's be honest, to, yeah, today is going to be really good.

Let's make it the best we can.
