The internet

And I'm back for the first time, feeling lots of different things.

So I thought I would come on here since I kind of shared that this is what would be happening

and sort of share the journey with you and take some questions from you all.

And yeah, just kind of talk about what it was like.

I think this is something that's becoming more and more obvious.

People are getting addicted to kind of technology and they're seeing its negative effects.

The very fact that iPhone has a way for you to monitor how much screen time you had that

week.

Like why would your iPhone be interested in having you spend less time on it?

Well, it seems only because this is kind of entering into the public consciousness.

So this is something I think we can all learn from.

I've said it before, I'm very blessed that we, that I can take a month off the internet.

I had to work my butt off in July.

But then of course I had my assistant and I had a marketing team who are publishing things.

I had my sister actually was running my social media for the last two months.

Thanks a lot Emma.

And yeah, so that's a blessing.

So maybe you can, maybe you can't take a month off the internet.
