I am a single family hater.

Now, my original equity was built through single family real estate.

I started in it.

I bought it.

I sold my entire real estate portfolio that was in single family and I have since pivoted.

the pivot from single family real estate to commercial real estate and or small business.

Because truly, what got you here isn't going to take you there in every single millionaire

that I have interviewed on this podcast. Well, I won't say every single one. I'd say 98% of them all say the same thing,

which is I wish I would have pivoted from single family to commercial real estate investing

sooner because they are missing out on millions of dollars of equity gain, millions of dollars
