I am ill, so if I sound ill, it is because I am.

We're recording this episode a little later than we usually do because I was literally

an invalid like in the tuberculosis ward for like four days.

She really was and you've got, you don't strap and you don't have COVID.

Yeah, I got tested for both, which was great.

Really happy about that.

But yeah, it's crazy.

It was, it was something that like, I feel like we all thought a lot about the psychological

effects of like post-COVID, but like we didn't think about like the physical effects.

And like I definitely have been experiencing that like first of all just like starting to

work out again is like one thing like my body was just like I'm not there yet, I'm not

there yet.

That's okay, but also another physical effect is that now I'm sick because I wasn't sick

for like a year and a half.

And my friend who's immunocompromised is like I literally did not get sick for a year

and a half and I've been sick like four times since lockdown ended.

That's crazy.

Well, now at least you don't have COVID, but you have your like sexy sick voice.
