And let me just tell you, the show does not disappoint.

truly such a joy.

Now May, if you don't know, is mental health awareness month.

And so a lot of times we try to look at those awareness months and think, how do we bring

awareness to that through our conversations and through the happy hour.

And Bethany's conversation today is such a joy and such a great podcast to be starting

out the month of May.

I really appreciate the conversation because there's so much shame that is often attached

with mental health.

And when Bethany opens up about her struggle and about how Jesus has helped her overcome

this, she takes the shame and does not allow it to have any hold on her life.

And so our conversation today is real and honest and I'm super grateful for it.
