Each week on this show, I invite a friend to join me and we chat about the big things in life,

Today my friend, Lacey Abercrombie, is on the show today and I explain in the conversation

that you're going to hear how we met and how much I adore and love her.

And honestly, I ghosted her.

Yes, I ghosted her.

I didn't mean to.

I just got carried away and I ghosted her.

Thankfully, she's kind and she is now my friend even after the unfortunate thing of me ignoring her.

I did not mean to do that.

You guys this summer, we're doing all these series and called encounter.

And I really want to hear people's encounters with Jesus.

And this is the last one of the month that we're going to continue on into the month of July.

And I get a little tearied in every single one of these conversations.

And even when I think about them, because I think about the fact that this is such a reminder

for those of us that are followers of Jesus, these shows are a concept reminder that God is coming

after his people that this Holy Spirit that he's on the move.

And then as we have relationships with people, we get to show them what it looks like to be a follower of Jesus.

And Lacey's story is no different than that.

She had someone in her life, a close relative.
