Hi everybody. Let me just tell you real quick that we have been here for a while my friend Ruth and I, which I'm so excited that you get to hear from my friend Ruth.

We've been here and we've been backstage and one of the ladies that was with us was like, let me just tell

you something. These women are going to be with you you like they are going to go for it

they are excited and I walked into this room and I was like well she was not

lying you know that was so good! This is my first speaking event for 2024.

It's my first time out on the road and so I'm so excited that I get to be here

with you guys. This was just fun for me to just come on down here today and I'm so

excited to be with you guys. Okay I want to talk to you guys tonight about how life often

feels like a roller coaster does anyone feel me on that? How many of you actually

enjoy roller coasters?

Wow, okay, I'm a no on that.

I am a no on roller coasters.
