You guys I was so encouraged by what Ruth was talking about earlier. It reminded me of a couple of years ago I was in a Bible study and one of the girls in there she I could see this in her purse before but

then she told us about it today she had these note cards that were on like a

little clip round thing and you could flip and I've seen them before and we were talking

about gospling ourselves like what Ruth was talking about like telling ourselves

what is true reminding ourselves of the truth and this is just a little tidbit if you

want to have a craft night tonight.

She would take these cards and on one of the cards on one side she would write out the lie that she

believes.
