And so what an honor. Yes. it is such an honor to sit here and

chat with you we've chatted many times before true but I'm so grateful for

Jamie just inviting us to come talk in the space and so here's what I want to talk to you

about okay you know we're friends in real life yes and for a long time how many years

good drink let's just say this we worked at the clinic counter together. Yes, we did. Yes. We did.

Yeah. Okay, so we've known each other longer than we've known her husband's. That's true. Yes.

Yeah, we had. Way back.

Okay, but I was scrolling on Instagram as you do the other day.

And my friend Lisa Whittle was on there, no makeup, like bare face, she's like recorded a video and she's putting it on

Instagram and I was getting ready. So I mean I would much rather listen to my friend talk for four or five minutes

than a podcast, right? Well I'm getting ready so of

course I listened and you kind of stopped me in my tracks a couple of times so let's just

talk about it.
