how y'all happy y'all, happy Friday, happy May 10th. Okay, big things happen this week.

First of all, on Monday was my birthday, I turned 46. I love my 40s. Best decade yet, and I think my 50s going to be even better but now I'm on the

backside of 45 so 46 I turn 46 on Monday yesterday May 9th was 10 years since I released the very first Happy Our Podcast into the world.

I can't even believe it.

In fact, if you never heard the very first episode, it's hilarious.

I mean, I talked to my friend about how I wasn't sure if I was going to let my kids play tackle football, which is so hilarious because if you follow me on Instagram, you know that last semester, one of my boys played football, he was a senior and it was the

highlight of my fall was watching him play football. Anyhow that episode we

actually played at the beginning of April so if you never heard it you could

go back but today on the show and then today happy May 10 But today on the show and then today, happy May 10th.

Today on the show is a conversation that I had with my friend Jenny Allen. I had this

conversation with her in January but we decided not to air the show until now and so the conversation is going to talk a lot about how both of our books were coming out on the same day.

And both of our books did come out on the same day. Her book, Untangle Your Emotions and my book Why Can't I Get It

together? Both came out on February 13th, but if you've been around here for a while

or you follow me on Instagram you would know that that week my world basically

turned upside down.

And so I really never got to celebrate the release of my book,
