Top White House officials are meeting with a Ukrainian delegation in Saudi Arabia today,

as the Trump administration looks to strike a deal to end the war with Russia.

Speaking to reporters, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyy's chief of staff, Andrei Yermak, said his country

is approaching today's talks from a very open place.

They want to have very constructive, deep, friend, partners, conversations with our American partners. Yermak described security guarantees from the U.S. as very important,

but wouldn't say what concessions Ukraine would be willing to make to get a peace deal.

Earlier, Secretary of State's Marco Rubio said the U.S. wanted to get more details on Keeves' position,

saying he and the National Security

Advisor are in, quote, listening mode. And Rubio said the outcome of today's meeting will be

key to whether the pause in U.S. military aid and intelligence sharing is lifted.

The Department of Education is investigating 60 colleges and universities over anti-Semitism

claims.

The Agency's Office for Civil Rights wrote letters to the schools, warning them there

could be consequences if they don't take good enough steps to protect Jewish students.

The Department has the power to stop federal funding if it finds an institution is discriminating

based on race, color, or national origin.
