come up with some episode ideas during the times that I'm not feeling very creative.

So a bunch of you submitted some

scenarios and some questions related to your situation and your business. And I'm going to

coach on one today. So here we go.

You want to know something kind of funny. I feel like if you're a

podcaster, you can probably super relate to this. But a couple of days ago, I needed to record a

couple of podcasts. And it was just like like I don't know like the first I I knew what I wanted to do

for the first episode so I was like okay I feel really good about this time I recorded it it was

the red flag episode I was like cool okay I like that And then I really wanted to go ahead and record another one to

start batching again because I'm a little behind going like a week at a time, which I don't mind

so much. But this week, the week that you're hearing this is a busier week. I've got some

things going on. I would really like to be ahead of the game.

So I went ahead and I had an idea. I had some things on my heart. And I said, you know what,

I'm just going to, I'm going to get it out. This is the topic. And it was the you either have

it or you don't episode. So this was last week's

episode. If you haven't listened, go listen to it. And I got done. And immediately I was like,

I'm deleting that. Like it was 31 minutes long and I got done. And like the whole time I'm like that. Like it was, you know, 31 minutes long and I got done.

And like the whole time, I'm like, oh, God, this sucks.
