Hey, this is Durey. I'm all going to talk to people in this episode. We have me,

Brittany Glen-Sam, as usual, and then we have an interview where I talk to

Michael Bennett and Paley Bennett, co-host of the new Lemonade Media

podcast, Muthpiece. The thing that's on my heart this week is about friendship,

part of our responsibility to ourselves and the community that we live in,

the community we build, is to foster relationships with the people we love,

and to make sure that we do it in ways that are honest and are accountable.

And I think about accountability, accountability is how close am I to the things I

said I was going to do? And recently I've come to just be so thankful of the

friends that I have. We are able to sort of push each other and hold each other

to the things that we said we're going to do in those sort of relationships

of ones that are in value. But I think that what often happens and like tears

people apart is that they misunderstand accountability to be how close are you to

the things I want you to do. And that just isn't what it is. Accountability is

how close you to the things you said you were going to do. How do we make sure that

the people in our lives that we hold them accountable in a loving space?

It's been important to me. Here we go.
