be breaking down with Lucas Beery on Thursday's episode. But Ryan, what have you been up to this weekend?

Have you been enjoying the spring games or mostly just hoping your guys don't get hurt? A little bit of mix of both. It just feels good to be at this time of the year, honestly.

I was tweeting earlier that it feels makes me happy just to see so many lineup cards being tweeted out on my on my

timeline that's just a just a good feeling even though a lot of them have a you know a handful of

guys that the average fan probably hasn't heard of but exciting time of the year spring training

just uh just uh getting underway yeah for sure exciting time of the year, spring training, just getting underway.

Yeah, for sure. This time of year, we have a whole bunch of players throwing really hard and

looking like they're in the best shape of their life coming back from Andrew. We've also got

players getting hurt. We're going to talk about both of those in the headline portion of today's

show before we move on to the main topic, which is sleepers or mid to late round picks for home runs and for batting average, our favorite options for those two categories after pick 150.

But the headlines, first of all, we are tracking the Wyatt Langford Oblique strain suffered a couple

days ago. He's being held out of baseball activities for five to seven days. So I guess that's about

three to five more days from today. Well, if he gets going on baseball activities by March

1st, still seems like he should have plenty of time to be fully ramped up by opening day.

And we know tons of players have minor issues early in camp and end up being just fine.

But if you're drafting right now, are you worried about this?

Would you be not taking a chance on Langford, even if you were previously somewhat interested? Are you moving him down at least around or so, letting somebody else take that risk?

Or are you keeping the face?

Yeah, honestly, I would prefer that he be shut down for a little bit longer than five to seven days.
