First off, for those of us who are watching in Central Texas, it was a bit weird yesterday,

right, with the dust storm or whatever that was.

I mean, that was kind of, Chip, I mean, you've been here a long time you ever experienced that is that no my power was out for four hours yesterday yeah yeah that was

crazy that was crazy i had two friends in the city who you know down internet down power so hopefully

those of you in central texas us, you guys are all squared away.

But yeah, outside of that, cannot complain. Like I said, back to blue sky here, beautiful
