vice and fire book club where we're discussing the finale of season 2

House of the Dragon. We literally just got done watching it. It was a longer

episode, but it's our immediate take so obviously we may miss some stuff because this

episode was packed with a lot of stuff but Matt what's your what's your gut

reaction? So I will say this I think this episode is going to be very polarizing online before we get I'm going with a four out of five on our ratings and I'll explain to you why. I first of all this is going to be an

episode that I get if you didn't like. 100% I want to I want to throw that out

there because it is the season finale.

I do get, not that I've read the comments yet,

but I totally am understanding

that people who have the sentiment of like,

I thought that we're gonna get another big battle,

all of these things.

You and I just did a big patron episode,

like actually a mega-patron episode,

where we broke down the timeline,

and we're like, man, they're going to have,

like season three is going to be insane if we don't get one of these big battles because there's a bit like there's quite a few big battles that we were thought how where are you going to end this and they all ended it ultimately with everyone getting ready to go to war like now it's like legit going so and this is why I'm

giving it a four out of five as a season finale just in general here before we dive into all the specifics I get again

the sentiment that people are gonna have where they're gonna be like man I didn't necessarily like it

however we are watching this in the context of an every week show.
