Today's question is, how can I be supportive as a leader?

Charlie and I are not terribly diverse and we share many opinions life experiences.

For example, we both have side hustles.

There are some pretty big differences, however,

for example, Ben informed me earlier tonight that everything I do is a side hustle.

So you don't like have a job.

And he just has one side hustle.

I have a job and then I like have a thing on the side.

I have a job.

I'm a therapist.

Yeah, but you're like a full-time therapist. Yeah, I'm a therapist. Yeah, but you're like a full-time therapist.

Yeah, I'm a part-time therapist and a part-time influencer,

a part-time author, and sometimes I'll do like public speaking gigs.

I've done like dance before I'll just I just

take what comes that's so fun I also dance as a side hustle no I'm just
