Summary

In today’s episode, I sit down with Chad Sanschagrin, best-selling author of Keep Telling Yourself and founder of Cannonball Moments, to talk about resilience, purpose, and what it means to honor life’s defining moments. We discuss the power of the meaning we give to our past, how struggle shapes our success, and why avoiding hardship only limits growth. Chad shares his perspective on loss, perseverance, and the lessons that come from facing adversity head-on. We also reflect on the importance of showing up in difficult times and how staying committed to purpose is the greatest tribute we can give to those who shaped us.
