I'm excited to introduce you to one of my good buddies, a good mentor, somebody that is a creative

finance, real estate expert.

He has bought so many different deals from mobile home parks to RV parks to

triple net industrial with little to no money, almost creative finance on all of them.

You're going to hear some of the amazing strategies and tactics

and how real world deals are getting done using some of these strategies. But for those that

don't know who Gabriel Hamill is, Gabe lives in Oregon with his wife and two kids and

prioritizes a few things in his life. He's got his family, his health,

happiness, travel, and building wealth through real estate. In 2005, a year after returning home

from Iraq with the United States Army, he purchased his first property and continued on from there

to scale his portfolio to over 60 million real estate holdings

consistent of roughly 450 multifamily properties, mobile home parks, mixed-use commercial

buildings, and industrial complexes.
