Welcome into today's show.

We've got Christopher Long, who's got a great story and an investment strategy that you

don't hear too much about. He took his very first investment in

this space from a $200,000 investment to a $2.4 million profit. You're going to hear all about

that story. He started out as a contractor in need of storage for some of the big stuff in his own

real estate business equipment, materials,

things along those lines. And that was where he founded long yard storage. He ultimately

is somebody that, you know, began in single family real estate and quickly learned that he

didn't want to be dealing with the tenants and dealing with a lot of the headaches that come

along with owning, you know, real estate where you've got people inside of your properties.

And so he really found this own personal problem and leveraged it into a business model that

now he is scaling internationally. A really cool story, very kind of simple framework that I think

many people will easily be able to wrap their head around and understand this is why I love

real estate. There's so many different ways you can make money through real estate investment

and this is a strategy that you can do yourself and or partner with people like Chris,
