One thing to do it yourself, and then you build a business and then you're like, okay, well,

this is a substantial result.

Like, we try to get people $10 to $20,000 a monthly passive cash flow hard.

And so we tell them it's like, hey, we're going to give this shot for two years and

see if these, like, I have this idea of how this will work.

I'm pretty sure it's going to work and you do it and then it works. You're like, yes, then it works again.

And then it starts snowballing.

And then you're two years deep.

Now we're just, we're going into our third year right now.

And it's like we're seeing that snowball.

Like we had $271 million to acquisition, almost a million dollars of acquisition per member.

And so that has been substantially more impactful and fulfilling.

And I'm like, yes, when I get to see other people leave.

And now every investment I make when I buy a business within the community,

get somebody out of their job.
